3. Subject, Pricing, and Payment

  • The Seller supplies geodetic equipment/services and the Buyer accepts and pays for them.
  • Scope, specifications, timing, pricing, and delivery terms are fixed in an invoice, quotation, or contract.
  • Payment is made according to issued commercial documents.

4. Delivery, Warranty, and Liability

  • Delivery method and timeline are agreed on a per-order basis.
  • Warranty applies within manufacturer/seller terms and supplied documents.
  • The parties are liable for non-performance under applicable Kazakhstan law.

5. Disputes and Final Terms

  • Disputes are settled by negotiation first; failing settlement, disputes are resolved in court under Kazakhstan law.
  • For specific projects, an individual contract may apply and prevail over this public offer.
